摘    要:分析生产线材使用的Y型轧机的结构和孔型系统,阐述连轧基本理论,提出一套全新而行之有效的孔型调整方法。孔型调整以保证连轧为目的,根据轧辊的轴向移动和径向移动原理,按照调整轧制中心、孔型形态和孔型大小的先后顺序,使实际孔型满足设计要求,为提高线材的成材率起到重要的指导作用。

Abstract:Analyses the structure of Y-type rolling mill and the system of opening molds,sets forth the basic theory about continuous rolling and puts forward a new and effective method to the adjustment.The goal of the adjusting is on condition of ensuring the rolling connection.Based on the principle of the axis direction and the radial direction motion of the rollers,in term of order of axis,the shapes and sizes of opening molds,adjust the opening molds by turns so that the practice satisfied with the design requirement.By this means,guarantee the qualifications of continuous rolling and increase the lumber recovery.
