摘    要:通过3台240 kA铝电解槽高温烟气焙烧实践,介绍了烟气焙烧法预热铝电解槽的操作方法以及操作过程中的工艺参数设置,比较了烟气焙烧法与焦粒焙烧法的焙烧启动成本,总结了烟气焙烧铝电解槽的优点.

Abstract:This paper introduces the operating methods and the setting up of technical parameters of flue gas baking method through baking practice of high temperature flue gas baking in three aluminium reduction cells,and compares the baking and starting up cost between flue gas baking method and coke particles baking method, at last, summarizes the advantages of flue gas baking method.
