摘 要: | 通过对渗硼过程中的热力学分析 ,得出渗硼过程中硼进入钢表面形成渗层的主要反应机理 :渗剂中的Na2 B4 O7、Na2 SiF6 和Si-Ca -Fe通过高温反应形成BF3,BF3在还原剂的作用下变成亚稳态BF2 或BF ,BF2 或BF被钢表面吸附后与铁原子形成FeB或Fe2 B渗层

Abstract: | Boronizing mechanism is studied in this paper by thermodynamic calculations. The main processes are as followes: BF 3 is obtained through a series of reactions among Na 2SiF 6 、Na 2B 4O 7 and Si-Ca-Fe, then BF 3 turned into BF or BF 2 under the help of reducing agent. The boronizing layer is formed after the BF or BF 2 is absorbed by the steel surface. |
