摘    要:对变压器油箱进行了模型试验研究和动态信号分析,得到了油箱的应力分布规律以及运输过程中动荷对油箱强度的影响,为MVA500 kV变压器油箱的设计提供了有益的参考资料。同时,还对有机玻璃材料的力学性能作了详细的研究,为塑性模型实验积累了一些经验。

Abstract:The model experiments and dynamic signal analysis of the the transformer oil tank are thoroughly investigated. The stress distribution and the effects of the dynamic loads on the oil tank strength in transportation are obtained. The results obtained are valuable references for the design of the MVA500 kV transformer oil tank. The mechanical properties of the potymethel methacrylate material is researched simultaniously. Useful experiences of plastic model experiments are accumulated.
