| Abstract: | This paper presents a study for a PWR prestressed concrete containment which determines a realistic lower bound internal pressure where no structural failure is anticipated. The paper indicates the analytical method used, the actual material properties investigated, and the failure criteria selected for the material stresses and strains. |
