摘    要:研究了RE对铸造黄铜干摩擦性能的影响,RE可细化晶粒、减轻偏析,使质点分布均匀,提高铜合金的综合力学性能.RE还可球化增强第二相,提高铜合金的耐磨性,却不降低冲击韧性.

Abstract:This paper has investigated the effect of RE on the dry friction of casting brass, the result showed that RE can refine grain, relieve segregation, uniform particle and improve the comprehensive properties of brass. RE can also reinforced second phase by nodularzation, improve wear resistance of brass, and not reduce its tenacity.
