摘    要:在定数截尾寿命试验基础上研究了麻花钻钻削寿命的分布规律,并利用数理统计方法确定了影响麻花钻钻削寿命及可靠性的关键几何参数及最佳尺寸。结果表明,在本文试验条件下,麻花钻寿命服从威布尔分布规律;钻芯厚度、钻芯增量和直径倒锥度等几何参数对寿命有显著影响,三者的最佳尺寸范围分别为84~97×10-2mm、0.8~1.9mm/100mm、3.0~5.6mm/100mm。

Abstract:In this paper,lifetime distribution of twist drills was investigated on the basis of type-Ⅱcensoring test,and meantime the critical geometric parameters that had a great effect on the lifetime and reliability of twist drills were studied by mathematical statistics method as well.The results showed that the lifetime of twist drills obeyed Weibull distribution.Additionally,it was found that core thickness,core increment and reverse taper were the key geometric parameters affecting the lifetime,of which the optimal value were determined to be 84~97×10-2mm,0.8~1.9mm/100mm and 3.0~5.6mm/100mm,respectively.
