冶炼拉丝用Q195L钢的生产实践

摘    要:阐述了转炉冶炼Q195L钢种过程中如何加强对钢液成分合理控制以及如何降低钢中夹杂物含量等实践过程。通过控制钢的化学成分;选择合适脱氧剂种类及吨钢加入量;控制底吹氩时间及镇静时间;控制好钢中残氧量及中包钢水过热度;采用全程保护浇注.可以生产出供拉拔丝用合格钢坯。

Abstract:The present paper describes how to properly control the chemical compositions of the liquid metal and reduce the content of inclusions in steel in the process of refining Q195L steel in the converter. It's concluded that quality billets for drawing wire purpose can be produced by controlling the chemical compositions of the steel; appropriately selecting deoxidizer and feeding amount of the deoxidizer per ton steel; controlling the bottom argon bubbling time and killing time;properly controlling the residual oxygen in steel and over heat of steel in the tundish and adopting protective casting in the whole process.
