变性淀粉在甘蔗渣化学浆造纸中应用的考察

摘    要:考察了变性淀粉的种类、纤维的表面电荷和微细纤维含量等对纸页抗张强度和施胶度的影响。结果表明 :甘蔗渣化学浆的表面电荷较小 ,两性淀粉对甘蔗渣化学浆具有显著的纸力增强作用 ,但在松香皂胶施胶中 ,两性淀粉反而导致纸页的抗张强度下降。微细纤维含量极大地影响变性淀粉的作用效果

Abstract:Effects of kinds of modified starches, surface charges and fine of a bagasse chemical pulp on tensile strength and sizing degrees of the paper made from the pulp were investigated. The results showed that the surface charges of the bagasse pulp is small. The two amphoteric starches exhibited large effects on the improvement of the tensile strength of the papers, but they caused the decrease in the tensile strengths in the sizing of a rosin soap. The contents of fine in the pulp greatly influenced the functions of the starches.
