JY1HF井筇竹寺组页岩气体积压裂实践

摘    要:井研-犍为区块筇竹寺组页岩气为页岩气勘探突破的有力区块,储层埋深3 500~4 000 m,资源量为4 658.1×10~8m~3。JY1HF井为区域内第一口水平井风险探井,储层表现为水平应力差异大(32 MPa)、脆性矿物含量中等(56.2%)等特征。针对储层特征,通过体积压裂改造形成复杂裂缝网络,将大通径压裂技术、变排量控缝高技术、水平井分段优化技术、高砂比体积压裂技术等先进技术进行集成创新,并成功应用于JY1HF井。该井压后在油压18.5 MPa下,测试产量5.9×10~4m~3/d,获得较好的增产效果,证实该套技术在井研-犍为区块具有较好的适应性。

Practice on shale gas volume fracturing for Qiongzhusi Formation in JY1 HF well
Abstract:Qiongzhusi Formation shale gas is an exploration breakthrough in Jingyan-Qianwei block with a reservoir depth from 3 500 m to 4 000 m and a reserve volume of 4 658.1 ×108 m3 .The JY1 HF risk exploration well is the first hor-izontal one in the area,which has reservoir characteristics of large horizontal stress difference (32 MPa),and moderate brittle mineral content (56.2%),etc.According to reservoir characteristics,innovative integrating some advance technolo-gies such as large diameter fracturing technology,variable displacement fracture height control technology,horizontal well staged optimization technology,and high sand ratio volume fracturing technology,and so on,the volume fracturing was car-ried out to form complex fracture network and applied successfully in JY1 HF well.After fracturing,the test yield of the well was 5.9 ×104 m3/d under the pressure of 18.5 MPa and good yield-increasing effect was obtained.
