摘 要: | 塔中顺9井区志留系碎屑岩油藏预测原油地质储量丰富,是西北油田分公司重要的资源接替区块。储层具有埋藏深、温度高、特低孔、超低渗、底水发育、砂泥岩薄互层等特点。常规单井压裂增产幅度有限,无法实现经济高效开发。整体压裂技术是低渗透油田开发的重要手段,但鲜有其在超深特低渗透油藏运用的相关报道。运用数值模拟方法及净现值经济模型对常用低渗透油藏注采井网进行评价,优选矩形井网作为顺9井区整体压裂井网,并对注水时机、注水压力、布缝方式、井网参数等进行优化,现场实践后水平井压后产能较直井提高4倍,累产油1.02×104 m3。为顺9井区经济高效开发提供了技术支撑,同时为国内外超深特低渗油藏开发探索了一种新方式。

Abstract: | Since there is an abundant predicated clastic OOIP in silurian system,Shun9 well block in Middle Taklima-kan has been an important alternative resource block for Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Company.The reservoir has many char-acteristics such as high burial depth and temperature,ultra -low porosity and permeability,bottom water development,thin sand -shale interbed,etc.Due to the limited fracturing increase of single well,we can not develop it efficiently.Though the integral fracturing is a major way to develop low permeability reservoir,it is rarely applied in the development of ultra -deep and ultra -low permeability reservoir.This paper evaluates the normal flooding network in low permeability by numer-ical simulation and economic model of net present value,uses the rectangular pattern as integral fracturing pattern of Shun 9 well block and optimizes the timing and pressure of water injection,fracture layout,well pattern parameter,etc.From the practice of this technology,the results shows that the productivity of fractured horizontal wells can be 4 times to which of straight wells and the oil production reaches to 1.02 ×104 m3 .The article provides the technical support for the efficient development in the block.Meanwhile,it offers a new way to exploit extra deep and ultra -low permeability reservoir. |
