| 摘 要： | 高密度人居环境生态与节能教育部重点实验室是以同济大学建筑与城市规划学院为基础，通过整合目前已有的科研基地而形成。实验室建设以城乡和谐发展与资源高效利用为导向，以高密度人居环境生态与节能为研究对象，研究方向紧紧围绕三大方向即城镇密集区发展预测和动态监控技术、城市建筑群生态化模拟集成技术以及既有建筑/历史建筑诊断与生态改建技术，开展高密度人居环境生态与节能的多学科、多层次的学科集群研究，提高基础研究和理论研究能力，为我国城镇化健康发展及建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供技术和决策支撑。
