铸坯边角部横裂纹的产生原因和预防措施

摘    要:根据韶钢宽厚板坯连铸机生产含Nb、V等微合金钢时铸坯内弧边角部出现横裂纹缺陷,分析了横裂纹产生原因:铸坯边角部冷却过强是造成横裂纹的最重要外因,钢种成分和钢中氮含量、酸溶铝含量过高则是内因;连铸机设备状态变差等也会增加横裂纹发生几率.鉴此,采取了针对性的改造和优化措施,取得了较为明显的效果.

Abstract:The cross cracks occurring at the edge and corner on a continuous cast medium to thick slab micro-alloyed with Nb and V produced in SISG were analyzed with respect to the formation cause of them.It was found that the cracks were caused by the strong cooling effect at the edges of the slab.In addition,the nitrogen content and acid-soluble aluminum in the steel,and poor equipment condition also contributed to the cracking.Effective prevention measures were thus put forward in light of above-mentioned causes o...
