| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省寒地建筑科学重点实验室的建立有其深刻的历史与现实背景,寒地建筑科学的进步与创新对寒地经济和社会发展具有重要意义。文中着重介绍了实验室立足于寒地的研究方向和研究特色,并对实验室的人才队伍建设、硬件建设及运行管理制度建设等方面进行了说明。
