摘    要:消除传感器附加质量对机枪模态参数识别结果影响的方法,基于LMS系统建立其模态试验系统.全枪模态试验通过单点瞬态激励、多点测量方法,测出机枪上各测点的频响函数,识别出机枪的各阶模态参数.为提高频响函数的信噪比和锤击激振的测试精度,可对激励信号加力窗处理.利用负延时触发采样以捕捉到完整的冲击力波形,对响应信号加指数窗处理可解决响应信号衰减过快引起的泄漏问题.

Abstract:The method for eliminating effects of transducer additional quality on scatter-gun modal parameter recognizing establishes the modal testing system based on LMS system. The modal testing measures the frequency call function of test points on scatter-gun and recognizes the step modal parameters by single point momentary stimulation and multi-points measuring. Carry out power window processing on stimulation signal for improving SNR of frequency call function and testing precision of hammering. Adopts trigger sampling of minus time-delay to capture the complete wallop wave. Carry out index window processing on call signal for solving the leakage which caused by fast attenuation of call signal.
