| 摘 要： | 以管道为研究对象,设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的超声自动成像系统。该系统通过TCP/IP协议实现了计算机与探伤仪的网络通讯和超声数据传输,通过RS232实现了管道自动检测装置B扫描运动控制,建立了斜探头B扫描成像数学模型,并采用小波变换对超声信号进行滤波。

| Abstract: | It is very necessary to detect pipe.Ultrasonic automatic imaging system is designed based on LabWindows/CVI,in order to study pipeline.The system achieves internet communication between PC and ultrasonic testing instrument in the method of TCP/IP and automatically control B scan movement of mechanical equipment by RS232.B scan of the angle probe testing mathematical model is founded and Ultrasonic signals are filtered by wavelet transform. |
