| 摘 要： | 浦东区调电力系统接线图（以下简称电系图）不能适应浦东新区电力系统的迅速发展。为此，提出基于自动绘图／设备管理／地理信息系统（ＡｕｔｏｍａｔｅｄＭａｐｐｉｎｇ／ＦａｃｉｌｉｔｉｅｓＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ／ＧｅｏｇｒａｐｈｉｃＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ，简称ＡＭ／ＦＭ／ＧＩＳ）平台并适用于浦东区调的一种调度电系图管理系统。该系统以一种智能的电系图方式取代了常规的电系图，实现对已有的ＳＣＡＤＡ等信息的共享，考虑了调度部门所需的运行管理和方便的电系图修改等功能。为电力调度部门的安全调度和管理提供了一种既实用，又能在适当的时候发展成为ＡＭ／ＦＭ／ＧＩＳ的模式

| Abstract: | The former electric power system connection management system of Pudong district dispatching has not fit the speedy development in thi s area. A suitable and intelligent management system basising on AM/FM/GIS is pu t forward to take the place of routine one. It can share the existing SCADA data , and it has qualifications for operation management and convenient modification . As a practical way of safety dispatching management, the system has the abilit y to develop itself to AM/FM/GIS model at an opportune moment. |
