高桩承台钢吊箱围堰的设计与施工

摘    要:钢吊箱围堰是为承台施工而设计的临时阻水结构,其作用是通过吊箱围堰侧板和底板上的封底混凝土围水,为承台施工提供无水的干燥施工环境.钢吊箱围堰具有施工工期短、水流阻力小、利于通航、不需沉入河床、施工难度小、混凝土用量少等特点.本文介绍了钢吊箱围堰的计算工况及底板、侧板、内支撑与支吊系统的设计方法,并论述了钢吊箱围堰的施工过程及其要点.

Abstract:Steel rings cofferdam is the temporary structure for water blocking in the construction of cushion cap, providing dry constructing environment by bottom sealing concrete impoundment installed at the side and bottom of the cofferdam, which features as short constructing period, weak flow resistance, less concrete and easy-handling techniques. The design aspects, such as the calculation of cofferdam, the side and inner board and the supporting system, are all displayed in the paper, as well as the steps in cofferdam construction.
