摘    要:介绍了一种评价焊接接头安全性的方法——裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)断裂韧性试验方法,根据CTOD试验值,对埋弧焊焊接接头免焊后热处理的可能性进行安全评定。为大型全焊接阀体管线球阀制造提供科学依据。

Abstract:CTOD testing is applied to assess safety of fully-welded pipeline ball valve's welds without PWHT(Post-welded Heat Treatment) in this paper.The CTOD values of the said welds are measured according to BS7448,Fracture mechanics toughness tests part 2,and the safety and acceptability of the said welds are assessed based on their CTOD values,which complies with API 1104 Annex A and DNV-OS-401.It is a reliable and scientific methodology for the design and manufacture of fully-welded pipeline ball valve.
