关于理论燃烧温度的计算

摘    要:本文根据理论燃烧温度的定义,以高炉风口区燃烧一公斤碳素和以一立方米鼓风作为计算基准,推导出理论燃烧温度的两种计算公式。与按冶炼每吨生铁作计算基准的理论燃烧温度算式相比较,它们更为简便明了实用,计算结果更为准确。这两种计算式更适用于喷吹煤粉高炉的风口区域理论燃烧温度的计算。本文还提出了一些相关的计算公式,如鼓风含氧量的计算等,修正了某些错误的观点及计算。

Abstract:Two computing formulae for BF RAFT have been proposed in this paper. Based on one kilogram offired carbon in BF tuyere zone and one cubic meter of blast air respectirely,they are more concise andaccurate than that based on one ton of hot metal and are particularly suitable for the RAFT of blast fur-nace with injection of pulvenzed coal. In addition,some related formulae,such as that for oxygen con-centration in blast air,have been proposed and several viewpoints have been corrected.
