镇江香醋的竞争优势及发展战略

摘    要:为加快镇江香醋发展,分析了镇江香醋的4大竞争优势,即历史文化优势、品牌优势、技术优势和知识产权优势;并对镇江香醋的发展进行了战略性思考,提出通过进一步推进国际化战略、加快技术创新步伐、挖掘镇江香醋文化价值、加强知识产权保护和深化行业协调管理等来推动镇江香醋的快速发展和壮大。

Abstract:This paper analyzes four competitive ascendancies of Zhenjiang vinegar, namely historical ascendancy, brand ascendancy, technology ascendancy and ascendancy of intelligent right. As to how to develop Zhenjiang vinegar strategically, this article proposes five suggestions. They are international strategy, technology innovation, value explosion of Zhenjiang vinegar, and emphasis on protection of intelligent right, enhancement of balanced management of trade.
