超细氧化铁红颜料的表面改性研究 |

摘 要: | 采用干式表面改性方法研究了表面改性剂和助剂的品种和用量等对超细氧化铁红颜料在水溶液中及干态分散性能的影响,同时分析了表面改性剂和助剂与氧化铁红的作用机理。得出提高超细氧化铁红颜料在水溶液中及干态分散性能的最佳改性剂配方为:改性剂D3008,一种丙烯酸聚合物,用量1 5%~3 0%;改性助剂沉淀SiO2(白炭黑),用量3 5%~4 5%。用该配方改性的超细氧化铁红颜料着色力较原样有较大提高,在水溶液中的分散稳定时间长,干态下的分散性好。表面改性后超细氧化铁红颜料在水溶液中分散稳定性的提高和干态下分散性的改善的主要机理是静电排斥、空间排斥作用的增大和粒子间液桥力的降低。

Abstract: | A study on surface modification of oxide iron red pigment by dry process was carried outThe effects of kind and dosage of modifiers and assistants on the dispersity of iron oxide pigment were researchedAnd the dispersing mechanism of modifiers and assistants was analyzedThe optimal formulation by which the dispersity of the pigment can be notably improved consists of D3008,an acrylic copolymer,with an optimal dosage of 15%~30% and precipitated silica with an optimal dosage of 35%~45%As compared with raw material,the modified samples have better dispersion properties to aqueous solution and dry powder,lower bulk density and better tinctionThe reasons for improved dispersion are that static and steric repulsions between particles are increased and that the liquid bridge force between particles is reduced |
