硅烷偶联剂改性埃洛石纳米管的表征和增强丁苯橡胶的研究

摘    要:采用双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物(Si69)对埃洛石纳米管(Halloysite nanotubes.HNTs)进行表面改性,通过一系列测试方法(TGA,XPS,接触角测定)对改性效果进行表征,同时采用直接共混法制备了丁苯橡胶(SBR)/改性埃洛石(m—HNTs)复合材料,并对m—HNTs对混炼胶硫化特性和硫化胶力学性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:m—HNTs的改性效果显著,可以缩短硫化时间,提高复合材料的力学性能,说明Si69改性的HNTs可以有效改善橡胶基体与填料之间的界面结合。

Abstract:Halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) were modified with Bis-[- 3- (triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-tetrasulfide (Si69),and the modified effects were characterized by using some testing methods such as thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and determinations of surface area and contact angle, and the SBR/the modified HNTs (m-HNTs) composite was prepared by using direct blending process. The effects of m-HNTs on the curing characteristics of the blend and the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were studied. The results showed that the m-HNTs could decrease the vulcanization time and obviously improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate. That was indicated that the m-HNTs could modified the interfacial bonding between the vulcanizate and the used fillers .
