摘    要:介绍了扬子石化公司1.39Mt/a连续重整装置2006-2007年出现的催化剂收集器下料管堵塞、再生催化剂提升困难、再生器和反应器催化剂跑剂等一系列问题,分析了产生这些异常情况的原因以及采取的对策。通过将提升器两根同心轴的间隙增加1.3mm,使催化剂提升速率回归正常;通过对再生器内网过渡区的缝隙的修补,解决了再生催化剂的跑损;通过对反应器内部损坏的约翰逊网进行补焊、更换零件等措施,有效解决了反应器催化剂的跑损问题。

Abstract:This article examines a series of problems arising in Yangzi Petrochemical Company's 1.39Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit during the 2006-2007 period,such as the clogging in the tremie pipe of the catalyst collector,the difficulty in lifting regenerated catalyst and catalyst runoff in the regenerator and the reactor.It analyzes the causes for these abnormities and recommends countermeasures.By increasing the space between the two coaxial shafts of the riser by 1.3mm,the company raised the catalyst lifting rate back to normal and by patching up the gaps in the transition zone of the inner screen of the regenerator,the company eliminated the runoff of regenerated catalyst.By repair-welding the damaged Johnson screen or replacing parts in the reactor,the company eliminated the runoff of catalysts in the reactor.
