摘    要:为提高细号纱成纱质量,减少细号纱织物布面疵点,对USTER QUANTUM 2 型电子清纱器的清纱参数进行了优化.指出:相同的纱疵在不同经纬密度的织物上显现率不同,对清纱工艺的设定必须考虑织物的经纬密度和布面质量要求,同时应避免影响自动络筒机高效性能的发挥.通过优化清纱工艺参数,使筒纱10万 m纱疵控制在6个以下,生产效率保持在80%左右.

Abstract:To enhance yarn quality of fine count yarn and reduce fabric deffects of fine count high density fabric,clearing parameters of electronic clearer were optimized.The test shows that same defect in defferent warp density & weft density fabric is defferent,clearing processing should be adopted according to warp density & weft density and cloth quality.High efficiency of automatic winder should be applied in production,Through optimizing clearing processing parameters,yarn defects of 100 000 m can be controlled below 6,production efficiency can be controlled at about 80%.
