国外输气管道技术的发展现状和几点建议

本语文是作者在“天然气管道输送技术及制管技术高级研讨会”上的发言。通过对国外天然气管道的设计技术、国外油气输送用钢管的制造技术、国外天然气管道的施工技术、国外高钢级管线钢技术发展等几方面情况的介绍与分析，蝗设计施工技术提高了输气管道的经济效益。通过对我国管线钢及钢管生产现状的分析，提出了“西气东输”工程在管理设计的总体思想、管道设计基本参数、螺旋焊管生产线的技术改造以及其它方面的多条建议。

The Development Status of Gas Transmitting Pipeline Steel and Steel Pipe Abroad and Our Suggestions

This article introduces the Alliance gas pipeline from the design specification, main parameters, steel pipe supplier production specification, investment amount etc. in details. Through the introduction and analysis of gas pipeline design technology, oil and gas transmitting steel pipe making technology, gas pipeline construction technology, development of high grade pipeline steel technology abroad, points out that advanced design construction technology improved the gas pipeline economic benefit. It also analysis the current technical development situation of domestic pipeline steel and steel pipe production, proposes several suggestions on pipeline general idea, basic pipeline design parameters, SSAW pipe production line technical reform and other aspects of the Gas Transmitting From West to East Project.
