逆向工程技术在模具行业中的应用

现代消费者不但对产品的设计质量,功能而且对造型美感,个性化提出了越来越高的要求,同时消费者＂喜新厌旧＂的速度之快,使得传统的产品设计满足不了现状,加之产品成型所需的模具,其设计与加工也受到了时间的限制。应用逆向工程技术,能够在最短的时间内推出新产品。其突破了正向工程技术的框架,在保证产品质量的同时,运用CAD/CAM/CAE软件把三坐标测量仪测出的产品参数进行反设计,结合快速成型技术,最终达到模具成型的精度要求。

The application of reverse engineering technology combined in the field of mold

Nowadays,the modern customers’ request is not only on the high quality and function of products design,but also higher and higher requirements has been turned into the industrial and personalized design.Since the increasing of consumers’ concept such as ＂love the new and loathe the old ＂,the traditional product design cannot satisfy the current status.On the other hand,the time requirement of the products design and molding manufacturing should be develop in a limited periods.Therefore,Reverse engineering is a great solution to provide new products in the shortest lead-time.Comparing with forward engineering,the breakthrough of the reverse engineering is combined with rapid prototyping technology and using the CAD / CAM / CAE software to coordinate measuring instrument from measuring against the design parameters to achieve the precision of the molding requirement.
