介绍了一种新型铁矿用铲运机电缆。电缆采用铜包钢线加强型导体结构和芳纶纤维编织加强护层结构,并采用了机械性能优异的聚氨酯弹性体护套材料,电缆的抗拉、抗弯曲、抗冲压、抗扭转,以及耐磨性能优异。电缆缆芯成缆后直接挤包内护套(无填充),增加了线芯的防滑移性能,提高了抗扭转性能。电缆使用寿命超过了6个月,满足铁矿用铲运机的使用要求,完全可替代同类型进口产品。

Design and Fabrication of a New Kind of Cable for Scraper Used in Iron Mine

A new kind of cable for scraper used in iron mine is presented.The cable employs copper-clad steel reinforced conductor,Kevlar braid strengthened covering and polyurethane elastomer sheath with excellent mechanical properties and features high tensile strength and excellent resistance to bending,impact,torsion and abrasion.Direct extrusion of inner sheath(without filler) on the core assembly improves the antiskid property and torsion resistance of the cores.Having a service life of over 6 months,the cable s...
