摘    要:随着环保时代的到来,绿色饭店在国际餐饮业的发展极其迅猛,我国的绿色饭店建设只有从转变观念、注重企业文化建设、培养绿色员工及绿色消费者、提供绿色服务、实施相关的五个原则等方面做好工作,才会有长足的发展。

Abstract:With the environmental protection era having set in, green hotels are developing rather rapidly for the food and beverage industry all over the world. As to the construction of green hotels in our country, it can make great strides forwards only in case we work well in the following aspects: changing concepts, laying stress on the cultural construction of an enterprise, cultivating green working staff and green consumers, providing green service and exercising corresponding five principles.
