摘    要:曹雪芹在小说《红楼梦》中,把一年里的主要节令几乎都写到了,而在每个节令的庆祝中都有相应的饮食习惯,包融了东西南北,兼及了汉满回蒙,展现了清代初叶岁时妙趣横生的风俗画图。

Abstract:Cao Xueqing described the climate and other phenomena of nearly all the seasons throughout a year in his novel {A Dream of the Red Mansion). And every seasonal ceremony celebration was accompanied by corresponding dietetic customs, which covered a wide range of Chinese eastern, western, southern and northern styles of cooking, giving consideration to the cooking customs of Han, Man Hui and Meng Nationalities. As we read it, a seasonal custom scene in the early years of Qing Dynasty, full of wit and humor, presents itself before our eyes.
