摘    要:中国西式饮食初现于近代,西方列强轰开中国清政府的大门之后,西方人和西方文化习俗也随之带入中国。到民国时期,西式饮食开始流行,上海作为当时东方商业贸易中心,是外国侨民聚居之地,西式饮食发展尤为迅速。西式饮食的传入对中国饮食文化产生了深远的影响。

Abstract:The diet of Western style first appeared in China in modern times. After the West powerful nations bombarded open the gate of the Qing government of China, along with that, Westerners and Western cultural customs got into China. Western style food began to be popular at the time of the Republic of China. Shanghai, as an east commerce and trade center at the time and a region where foreign immigrants lived in a compact community, won a popularity for its rapid development of Western diet. Enjoying Western food became a consumption fashion of the time. The introduction of Western diet has exerted profound and lasting influence on Chinese dietetic culture.
