摘    要:斋,对于佛教、道教、伊斯兰教、基督教等宗教来说都是一种重要的礼仪,所不同的是,它们又都具有各自特定的含义;宗教食物禁忌缘于原始时代,系统宗教几乎无不将食物禁忌当作它们诸多禁制中的主要内容。因此,一些食品在宗教饮食中也就具备了特殊的意义。

Abstract:The practice of abstinence from meat is an important protocol for Buddhism, Taoism, Islamism, Christianity and other religions. What's the difference is they all have the specific implications of their own. The religious food taboo originated from the primitive times. All kinds of religions, almost without exception, take the food taboo as their one of many significant abstentions, therefore, some kinds of food get their special position in the religions food culture.
