铁磁材料的变频消磁技术

摘    要:铁磁性材料容易受磁场影响而带有剩磁,影响精密加工和设备的正常运行。常规的交、直流消磁方法对材料内部消磁效果欠佳。研究了一种基于变频技术的消磁技术,即由剩磁检测单元将材料剩磁信息送至数字信号处理(DSP)控制器输入端,通过程序控制消磁器电源频率和通过速度,保证材料消磁效果;同时采用复合消磁器连接方式控制消磁效果,实现彻底消除材料剩磁。

Abstract:Ferromagnet is magnetized easily by magnetic field, which affects the precision finishing of material and the normal operation of equipment. The conventional demagnetizing method is not good at inner demagnetization using direct or alternating magnetic field. A method with frequency conversion technology was studied. The information of ferromagnet was fed back to DSP(digital signal process) by detecting cell, and DSP controlled the frequency of electrical source for demagnetization and the speed of ferromagnet with program in order to improve demagnetizing effect. And the system controlled demagnetizing effect with complex demagnetizing implement to realize complete demagnetization.
