| 摘 要： | 农村水电的合理开发对保护生态与环境发挥了积极的作用,但是在开发建设过程中也存在着影响河川径流、与自然环境不相协调等负面影响。今后要科学认识农村水电开发与自然环境保护之间的关系,在农村水电建设中应采取有效措施,增加河川生态修复的内容。

| Abstract: | Rational development of rural hydropower has played active role in protecting ecology and environment but negative impacts such as influencing river runoff and contradiction with local natural environment emerge in the development. The paper proposes to understand mutual relationship between rural hydropower development and environmental protection scientifically, and take effective measures to combine river ecological rehabilitation with rural hydropower development. |
