矩形管内湍流结构特性

摘    要:通过矩形管内湍流流场参数的测定,将电化学测试方法与激光测试方法进行了比较;结合这两种方法,测试分析了矩形管流动从管壁到管内的湍流结构特性。

Charactersitc of Turbulent Structure in Rectangular Duct
Abstract:The comparative measurements of turbulence structure in rectangular tube flow are carried out by electrochemical sensor and by laser velocimeter. The measured results show that the data obtained from electrochemical probe agree with the data from laser velocimeter, but at the wall the better data is obtained by the wall electrode; The velocity distribution near the wall is much smooth than that forecasted by the law of 1/7 power, only at the point far from the wall, the velocity data is good agree with that law. In energy spectrum functions, there are also areas of the law of 1 power and the law of 3/5 power existence as in circular tube; The turbulence intensity at the wall is not a constant as in circular tube flow but a variable decreased with the increase of flow rate in the tube and will approach a constant only at higher Reynolds numbers.
