振动注射成型高密度聚乙烯的结构与性能

摘    要:研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)在压力振动场中的注射成型。结果表明:振动频率和振动压力对成型试样的拉伸强度有显著影响,振动注射成型试样的拉伸强度最大可提高28.7%;HDPE成型试样的晶体形貌由未振动时的球晶转变为特定振动条件下规整平行排列的片晶结构。

Abstract:The performance of HDPE molded by vibration injection was studied The results showed that vibration frequency and vibration pressure had important effects on the tensile strength of the HDPE sample By introducing vibration energy to the polymer melt,the tensile strength of the sample increased by 28 7%,and the SEM investigation indicated that crystal form of HDPE produced by vibration injection was changed from spherulites corresponding to normal HDPE to lamellae structure arranged along the flow direction
