摘    要:为提高静电放电能量耦合模型的精度,使用小波阈值去噪法对采集到的信号进行处理。选用db系列小波作为小波基函数,根据信号的频谱宽度确定小波阶次,使用启发式阈值原则和软阈值处理方式,通过不同分解层数下去噪效果的对比,最终确定分解层数。结果表明小波去噪法能够有效地去除静电放电信号的噪声,且信号失真小、保留了信号的高频细节。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of ESD energy coupling model, the method of wavelet shrinkage de-noising is used to process the measured signal. Daubechies Series wavelet is chosen as wavelet function. Wavelet order is determined by the frequency spectrum of signal. Heuristic threshold and soft threshold is used. Comparing the de-noising effects of signal under the different decomposition level, the number of wavelet decomposition level of ESD signal is determined. The results show that the wavelet de-noising is an efficient way to process the ESD signal. It is suggested that this method has small signal distortion and retains the high frequency details of ESD signal.
