| 摘 要： | 为解决分布式数控系统在制造单元重新配置后难于重构的问题，提出一种可重构分布式数控系统的设计和实现方案。该方案通过层次化体系结构设计，将系统各个模块问的耦合降至最小；通过工业以太网、嵌入式智能终端和软插件技术来构建分布式数控硬件通信平台；对已提出的可重构软件系统框架进行了扩充，加入了基于角色的访问控制模块和基于抽象工厂模式的数据访问模块，并采用扩展后的框架开发了分布式数控管理软件，以浏览器／服务器模式对分布式数控相关制造资源进行统一、动态和有效的管理。基于此方案开发出的分布式数控系统能够通过简单的配置实现重构，迅速适应制造单元的变化。
