摘    要:电炉运行需要消耗巨大的无功功率,对供电部门增加了很大的负担。供电部门为电网安全经济运行,要求用电大户,尤其是大功率电炉用户,应通过用户侧完成无功补偿以减轻电网提供无功功率负担,否则通过罚款制约。电炉高压无功电容补偿虽然能避免罚款,但给电炉带来了新的危害。本文提供了规避高压电容补偿造成危害的方法和措施。

Abstract:Enormous reactive power needs to be consumed during the furnace operation, and it increases a heavy burden for the power supply sector, which is responsible for the grid' s safe and economic operation. The sector orders larger power users, especially large power furnace users, to achieve reactive compensation so as to lighten the burden of the grid via the user side. Or else, the users will be punished. Although compensation can avoid punishment, it brings new jeopardy for the furnace. The paper supplies the methods and measures that can shun jeopardy caused by capacitance compensation on the high-pressure side.
