井下水泵真空引水系统的优化控制研究

摘    要:通过对矿井大型水泵的真空引水启动过程调查研究,针对启动过程中存在的真空度波动和泄漏引起的误启,采用在单台水泵真空电动阀和水泵抽真空管路出口之间增设抽真空出水缓冲环节和液位检测系统,使引水管路中气泡的含量降低。通过液位检测信号有效控制真空系统启停和水泵的启动,提高了水泵启动的可靠性和运行效率,降低了真空引水系统的能耗,延长了抽真空系统和水泵的使用寿命。

Research on Optimization Control System of Coal Mine Water Pump Vacuum Water Diversion
Abstract:Through the research of the mine large water pump start-up process of vacuum water diversion,according to the error start-up caused by vacuum fluctuations and leakage in the process of system starting,vacuum water buffer links and liquid level detection system were adopted during single pump vacuum electric valve and pump suction vacuum line export,to reduce the water content of bubble in pipeline.The reliability of the water pump start-up and the operation efficiency were improved through the liquid level detection signal effective control of the vacuum system and pump start-up.The vacuum water diversion system energy consumption also were reduced,the life of vacuum system and water pump were extended.
