基于CAN总线的煤矿自卸车系统设计与应用

摘    要:在煤矿生产过程中,自卸车属于机、电、液三者相融合的大功率设备。随着控制技术水平的不断提升,针对煤矿自卸车上所使用的控制器数量也逐渐增多。虽然电子控制器能够使煤矿自卸车在自动化程度方面得到很好地提高,但是却使整个自卸车系统的控制复杂化。因此,针对高可靠性的CAN总线技术,对煤矿自卸车系统采用CAN总线的工作原理及参数的选择进行分析,根据实际煤矿自卸车应用状况,设计出合理的系统硬件和软件、CAN总线网络数据处理与整合,并进行应用测试。

Based on CAN Bus Coal Mine Dump Truck System Design and Application
Abstract:In coal mine production process,dump truck belong to machine,electricity,liquid three phase fusion power equipment.With the control of the technical level of the rising,in view of the coal mine dump truck on the use of controller number is increasing.Although the electronic controller can make coal mine dump truck in the automation degree to obtain the very good improve,but make the whole dumper system control complicate.Therefore,the text according to the high reliability of the CAN bus technology,to the coal mine dump truck by CAN bus system working principle and the choice of parameters are analyzed,according to the actual coal mine dump truck application status,the reasonable design of the system hardware and software,CAN bus network data processing and integration,and application test.
