| 摘 要： | 简述了硬岩大直径钻井施工中井下故障的类型、原因及其危害;结合钻具的运行状态分析,提出了基于机械故障诊断技术,以监测、分析钻具振动和转盘输出扭矩为途径的井下故障诊断与预防方法。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the type,reason and hurts of downhole failure in hard rock-large diameter shaft drilling,combining the analysis on running state of drilling tool,brings forward a method of prevention and diagnosis of downhole failure based the mechanical failure diagnosis technology its approach is monitoring and analyzing the vibration of drill pipe and the output torque of rotary table. |
