矿用载货车驱动桥壳疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:通过CATIA建立某矿用载货车驱动桥壳数字模型,结合汽车驱动桥台架试验标准对桥壳进行静力分析,并采用FE-SAFE疲劳分析软件对桥壳进行基于正弦载荷激励的疲劳寿命仿真。该方法可在设计阶段对桥壳疲劳寿命进行预估,为桥壳结构的改进和优化提供理论和技术支撑。

Fatigue Life Analysis of Mining Truck's Drive Axle Housing
Abstract:The digital model of mining truck's drive axle housing was built by CATIA firstly.The static analysis of axle housing was performed by ABAQUS based on the bench test standard of vehicle driving axle housing,and the fatigue life analysis was performed by FE-SAFE under the sinusoidal load.This method pre-evaluates the fatigue life of axle housing during the design period,and provides the theoretical and techinical support for the structure's improvement and optimization.
