摘 要: | 从主通风机叶片设计入手,采用三元流理论和叶片设计方法进行优化设计,运用三维软件造型功能将叶片的重心线进行调整,得到3种弯掠叶片。再通过模型风机装置进行试验测试,得到3种弯掠叶片在不同安装角下的性能参数,将3种弯掠叶片性能参数进行对比,找出适合现有设计方法、造型手段和加工工艺且噪声和效率最优的叶片形式。

Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reseason of the noise of the fan and the influence of the blade form to the effect of noise.Introduces a new type of swept-curve blade form.Through experimental test of the front-skew.Front-sweep and sweep-curve blade form.Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three forms of blade,and makes the good choice of the design of low-noise and efficient blade form suitable for the existing technics. |
