基于PLC的煤楼储装运自动化控制系统开发

基于PLC为控制核心,开发出一种以简易逻辑控制方式实现设备综合保护且具备自诊断功能的高可靠性煤楼储装运自动化控制系统。从硬件设计和软件设计2方面概述了系统的构成及各部分的设计要点,并进行了试验及运行效果评价。结果显示,系统试运行状况良好,平均故障时间和故障影响时间均大幅缩短,运行效率和运输能力均显著提升。

Development of Coal Building Storage Shipment Automation Control System Based on PLC

The high-reliability coal building storage shipment automation control system featuring selfdiagnostic function and to realize equipment comprehensive protection using simple logic control mode was developed relying on PLC as control core,and its constitution and component design points were overviewed from two aspects of hardware design as well as software design.Furthermore,test run was con ducted and the working effect was evaluated simultaneously.The results show that,the developed system running in good conditions,the mean time to breakdown and the breakdown impact time both greatly shortened,and the running efficiency as well as transportation ability also significantly improved.
