极薄煤层三机配套设备选型研究

摘    要:针对良庄煤矿六层煤煤层较薄,平均厚度为0.8 m,工作面回采效率低下这一问题,进行了在六层煤极薄煤层条件下进行综合机械化开采技术的研究。选用了MG2×160/710AWD型电牵引采煤机与ZY3200/7.5/16型支撑掩护式液压支架,工作面选用SGZ630/264-BW型刮板输送机。对6603工作面进行了开采应用,结果表明,"三机"设备配套合理,煤炭回采率显著增加,机械化程度大幅度提高,工人的劳动强度大大降低,实现了薄煤层的综合机械化开采。工作面日产量由300 t提高到1 800 t,单产提高3.6万t,煤炭回收可达98%,经济效益显著。

Thin Coal Layer Three Machine Equipment Optimization Research
Abstract:According to six coal seam is too thin in Liangzhuang coal mine,the average thickness is 0.85 m,and mining efficiency is low this problem,put forward the research of comprehensive mechanized mining technology in the six layers of thin coal seam conditions.It selected the MG2 ×160/ 710AWD type electrical haulage shearer and ZY3200/7.5/16 type standing shield hydraulic support,and scraper conveyor with SGZ630/264-BW in working face.On 6603 working face mining application,the results show that,the "three machines" equipment is reasonable,the coal recovery rate increase and mechanization degree is greatly improved,greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers,and achieved a complex comprehensive mechanization mining under the conditions of thin seam.The daily output from 300 tons to 1 800 tons in coal working surface,per unit area yield increased 36 000 tons,the coal recovery can reach 98%,economic benefit obviously.
