摘    要:煤矿井下铅酸蓄电池电机车存在主要问题有:使用寿命短、维护量大、充电时释放氢气,在隔爆、安全性、充电快速性、性价比等方面分析了磷酸铁锂电池用于煤矿井下电机车的可行性,研究了电池管理系统的技术要求及设计方案,提出了一种性价比较高均衡充电策略:即先用大功率充电机对电池组统一大电流快速充电,再用均衡充电模块对各单节磷酸铁锂电池小电流补充充电;针对传统煤矿充电机采用可控硅整流存在效率低、散热不好、体积庞大、成本高、无法智能充电等缺点,大功率充电机采用1种基于三电平直流高频变换器拓扑结构。

Feasibility Analysis of Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Used in Mine Battery Locomotive
Abstract:The lead-acid battery is used in electric locomotive of the coal mine whose shortcomings are short life,large amount of maintenance,releasing hydrogen and so on,based on this,it analyses the feasibility that the lithium iron phosphate battery takes place of the lead-acid battery in the way of exploding and power,safety,charging efficiency and cost performance,discusses the technical requirements and the design proposal of battery management system for the lithium iron phosphate battery,and presented the equalizing charge strategy,firstly the high power charge charged to all the battery in the large current and secondly the little power module charged to the every lithium iron phosphate cell in little current;the accumulator charging was used of the SCR thyrode whose shortcoming ware the big volume and cost and so on at present,based on this,its topological structure ware designed as the three level DC converter,it realizes the ZVZCS by the DSP chip controlling,and charges to the battery by adjusting some charging curves.
