摘    要:详细分析了井下铰接式防爆胶轮车全液压转向系统的组成和转向原理,归纳总结了转向液压缸、转向操纵机构等一些结构的布置原则,并对影响铰接式工程车辆液压转向的几个主要参数:转向力矩、转向时间、转向器排量、转向油缸缸径等进行了理论分析和详细的计算,为铰接防爆胶轮车铰接转向系统的设计提供依据。

Articulated Explosion Car Tire Design and Calculation of Steering System
Abstract:This paper makes a detailed analysis of the underground articulated explosion car manual hydraulic steering system composition and steering principle,summarizes the steering hydraulic cylinder,steering mechanism and so on some structure layout principles,and to influence the articulated engineering vehicle hydraulic steering of several main parameters steering moment,steering time,steering gear displacement,steering cylinder bore of the theoretical analysis and detailed calculation for articulated explosion manual car articulated steering system provide a basis for the design.
