| 摘 要： | 根据焊接理论对25Mn和27SiMn的碳当量、冷裂纹指数、热裂纹指数、再热裂纹指数以及层状撕裂敏感指数等焊接性进行了充分的分析对比。针对2种材料拟定了焊接方法,利用该方法对材料进行了焊接评定比较试验,结果表明采用合理的焊接工艺方案,能使焊接合格率达100%。

Comparative Study of Material Weldability on 25Mn and 27SiMn |

| Abstract: | According to the theory of metal jointing,this paper analyzes 25Mn and 27SiMn of carbon equivalent,cold cracking index,hot cracking index,reheat cracking index,lamellar tearing sensitivity.A welding procedure plan for material in welding qualification has been proposed.The result showed that the scheme was feasible and the qualified rate was 100%. |
