| 摘 要： | 分析影响三棱钻杆断裂的因素,如三棱接头热处理的控制、三棱钻杆焊接参数的控制、两端螺纹同轴度的控制。通过设计三棱接头焊接工装,调整钻杆加工工艺,保证钻杆的加工质量,提高钻杆使用的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Analysis of factors affecting the triangular fracture of drill pipe,such as triangular connector heat treatment control threaded on both ends,edged drill pipe welding parameter control,coaxial control.Welding fixture designed triangular joints,adjust the drill pipe processing technology,guarantee the quality of drill pipe processing,improve the reliability of used drill pipe. |
